1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 111bat platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, virtual sport, or crash game offered on the 111bat platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Platform" means the 111bat website at https://111bat.asia, including all pages, features, games, and services accessible after login.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online betting and gaming services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To register an Account with 111bat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 111bat applies a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices for the Bangladesh market.
• You are registering in your own name, using accurate and truthful personal information.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on the 111bat platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

2.2 111bat reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your identity, age, and residential address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3 By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are obligated to notify 111bat promptly if any of your registered details change.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one Account on the 111bat platform at any given time. If 111bat determines that a Player holds or has held more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — all duplicate Accounts will be closed, any balances or winnings associated with duplicate Accounts may be voided, and the primary Account may also be suspended pending review.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 111bat strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any two-factor authentication features available on the platform. 111bat will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, or live chat.

3.3 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 111bat immediately by contacting our support team at the email address listed in the footer of this website. 111bat will investigate the matter and may temporarily freeze your Account during the investigation period. 111bat is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting 111bat support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 111bat currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 111bat reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Specific maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day; these limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary depending on the payment method used and the verification status of your Account.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your Account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method. 111bat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. 111bat reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may temporarily extend the processing timeline.

4.5 Third-Party Payments. 111bat strictly prohibits deposits made from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be returned and the associated winnings voided. This policy applies equally to withdrawals — funds will not be disbursed to payment accounts held in a different name.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 111bat may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "no-wager", all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and contributing game categories are stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 111bat actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; creating multiple Accounts to claim a single-use bonus more than once; and systematic exploitation of any technical or mathematical loophole in a promotional offer. Where bonus abuse is identified, 111bat reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation. 111bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event that a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, any bonus funds not yet subject to an active wager will be removed from the Account. Completed wagers already settled under the promotion will not be retrospectively affected.

5.5 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions. 111bat may offer special promotions coinciding with significant dates in Bangladesh, including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). These promotions are subject to the same general bonus rules outlined in this section, plus any additional terms published with the specific offer.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets. All bets placed on the 111bat platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. Requests to amend or cancel a confirmed bet will not be accepted except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

6.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned to your Account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within a reasonable period; 111bat determines that clearly erroneous odds were published due to a technical error; or the governing rules of the relevant sport or competition declare the result void.

6.3 Maximum Payout Limits. 111bat applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day, which are published within the platform's sports betting and casino sections. In the event that a winning bet would exceed the applicable payout limit, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum and the remainder of the potential winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Cricket Betting. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other cricket markets, 111bat follows the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In-play markets are settled based on live data feeds; in the event of a data feed discrepancy, the official result takes precedence. A minimum of the stated number of overs must be completed for match-winner markets to be settled; otherwise the market will be voided.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 111bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any algorithmic tool to interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or miscalculated odds resulting from system faults.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Money laundering or using 111bat to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
• Allowing or encouraging a person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the 111bat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 111bat or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

8.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 111bat. Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, or errors in game software provided by third-party studios.

9.2 111bat's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 111bat's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

111bat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

11. Responsible Gaming

111bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of player protection tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 12. Amendments to These Terms

111bat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations under 111bat's international licensing jurisdiction. Where a specific dispute cannot be resolved by reference to licensing jurisdiction law, internationally recognised principles of commercial law shall apply as a secondary reference.

13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and 111bat, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. 111bat will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within ten (10) business days.

13.3 Nothing in this clause restricts your right to pursue a complaint through any applicable regulatory body or dispute resolution service available under the terms of 111bat's operating licence.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed, so far as possible, to give effect to the original intention of the parties.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 111bat with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
